Steering Group

Establishing a local site steering group formed of people from across different agencies will be essential to the audit. This group will ensure that the audit work is communicated to a wider group of professionals and who can signpost relevant information, ensuring that the audit itself is contextually informed. It is important to establish a group of professionals from different organisational backgrounds to help identify any gaps and to shape the direction of the audit and delivery plan. Depending on your timeline we advise the group to meet four times throughout the audit period.
